Why did you want to become a CrossFit coach?
I want to help others discover the same sense of empowerment and strength that I’ve gained through Crossfit. I want to act as a reminder that you don’t have to perform or look like a Crossfit Games athlete in order to find success in this sport. I’m here to support each and every athlete on their very own, unique fitness journey.
Favorite CrossFit Movement: Snatch, Kettlebell Swings, Lunges
Favorite part about being a coach at CrossFit New Haven:
There’s nothing more satisfying than watching someone step outside of their comfort zone and discover an ability they never knew they had, or attempt a lift they never thought they could. The unification of mental and physical strength is a beautiful thing.
