Why did you want to become a CrossFit coach?
Being a coach at CrossFit New Haven isn’t work; it’s the part of my day I love the most. I get to help you see what you’re capable of. There is no parallel to witnessing people grow into themselves; their bodies change, but how they feel about them changes more – and that’s an incredible privilege to be a part of.
Favorite CrossFit Movement: Clean, Squats, Wall Balls, Kettlebell Swings

I love seeing people do things they didn’t think they could do – it inspires me to push harder and be better
