There is SO much literature on diets, what to eat, what to avoid, what will give you abs, eating to perform, macros, micros, healthy fats, foods to avoid, is it really organic….the list goes on and on!
It's no surprise that magazine covers are plastered with images of tanned and toned models, telling us the latest and greatest way to a 6 pack.

Honestly, it is rather exhausting!

Over the last few months, I've been keeping a list of articles I think are interesting or want to read regarding diet.

Just so we are all clear, my personal opinion on eating is that you should have a healthy moderation. What you put in, is what you're going to get out. Some people can eat McDonald's and as long as they eat a certain number of calories, they will look the way they want. I think it's important for you to feel good about how you look, but I also think it is SUPER important that your INSIDES look good too. Don't be so strict that you're a miserable human being. Don't be so all over the map that you try every fad out there. You're all smart. Use that noggin!

You should know what your goals are.
You should know what works for you.
You should have a plan.
