Holidays = Temptation

Every Holiday you probably have the same monologue in your head….

Don't go nuts with treats. Stay away from the processed crap. I train too hard to put that crap in my system.

But then, something happens. You take a glance at the dessert table (even before dessert)….because looking can't hurt, right?!?!? Wronnnng. It's Memorial Day Weekend…if I were a betting man, I'd bet you're going to at least one picnic or family function that revolves around food and drinks. You can look at this weekend in two ways:

1) Everything in moderation – allow yourself A cheat. (notice I didn't say cheat(S)) 

or

2) Go balls to the wall nuts. Eat and drink whatever you want and then feel like s#it the next day….. and still feel crappy during the first WOD back at the gym. 

You're all grown ups….the choice is yours. 

If you want to make a smart choice, make a not so bad dessert so you don't feel like you're missing out!
