Why did you want to become a CrossFit coach?
I coach so that I may share CrossFit’s ability to enhance the well being of those from all walks of life, helping people achieve their goals and live their values in and out of the gym. I believe in the CrossFit exercise methodology, approach to nutrition, and most importantly, the community and member experience as a special means to this end, regardless of an athletes age or fitness level.
Favorite CrossFit Movement: Muscle Ups (came naturally) and Overhead Squats (challenging and humbling). Ask me about it!
Favorite part about being a coach at CrossFit New Haven:
Meeting new people and sharing in their journey to improve their fitness, strength, flexiblity, and vitality.
