Why did you want to become a Olympic Weightlifting coach?
I wanted to apply what I’ve learned in my own weightlifting training to help others realize their athletic goals. Training hard for athletic endeavors is something I thoroughly enjoy. I wanted to share that opportunity with others and encourage more people to try this pursuit with weightlifting, a sport that has clearly measurable results that are achieved solely through individual effort.
Favorite Weightlifting Movement: Snatch, Clean & Jerk
Favorite part about being a coach at CrossFit New Haven:
My favorite part of being a coach at CFNH is helping people discover the rewards available when hard work and determination are practiced in pursuit of a goal.
