Why did you want to become a CrossFit coach?
I have been involved in various avenues of fitness my whole life, but have enjoyed none as much as Crossfit. Now as a busy mom, I find Crossfit fits into my life not only as a challenging and fun means to stay healthy, but also as a stress and social outlet. Being a coach allows me to pass the many benefits of Crossfit that I have experienced on to everyone that walks through our doors, and nothing makes me happier!
Favorite CrossFit Movement: Handstands, burpees
Favorite part about being a coach at CrossFit New Haven:
Teaching athletes of all ability levels. There is no one that can't do Crossfit, it is adaptable to everyone!
