Why did you want to become a CrossFit coach?
I had been a teacher for many years in classical ballet. CrossFit presented itself in 2008 when my dance career was winding down. Continuting to coach and teach others about the art of movement is something I am passionate about.
Favorite CrossFit Movement: Ab Mat Sit Ups and Double Unders (Annie), Snatches (Isabel)
Favorite part about being a coach at CrossFit New Haven:
Coaching my incredible members who empower me every time I am on the gym floor.
