When I was a senior in college, my older sister and I started reading the book, Skinny Bitch.
When I finished reading it, I was a Vegan....for a whole year. Then I just couldn't do it anymore. I was eating a loaf of bread and bowl of soup every day to feel full! (Can you say carb loading?!) I am now almost all Paleo (with the exception of greek yogurt and quinoa....and frozen yogurt!)
I am still very aware of what I put into my body, as we all should be.
