Valentine or deserve a special, Paleo friendly, treat!

Who doesn't love a good ol pound on V-day!?
Pound CAKE that is!
I saw this recipe and new this was going down!

Follow this recipe for the coconut cake and pair it with fresh berries and whipped cream! (Paleo peeps....coconut cream works too!!!)

Coconut Pound Cake
based on recipe from CFCSS Eat This

6 eggs
1 C coconut milk
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. coconut extract
1/4 tsp. orange extract
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp sea salt
coconut oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat the eggs with the coconut milk, honey and extracts, until smooth. Add the coconut flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until smooth. Grease pan with coconut oil and sprinkle with flour to lightly coat pan. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 40 minutes until pound cake separate from sides of pan. Cool then remove from pan.
