TEAM SERIES starts THIS FRIDAY September 21st at 6pm!
What is the team series?:
Similar to the open (but this time in groups of two), two sets of partner workouts will be released on Wednesday Sept. 19 and Wednesday Sept. 26.
In week one, pairs will have until Monday (Sept. 24) to complete the workouts and submit their scores. The deadline for week two will be the following Monday (Oct. 1.) Pairs have five days to complete the workouts once they are released.
Who can do it?:
Anyone (hopefully everyone!) who wants to challenge themselves, cheer on friends, and get into the spirit of CrossFit. Just like any class WOD, the workouts can be scaled to fit your fitness level. If you do not have a partner, please let a coach know so that we can find partner for you.
We will be getting together Friday Sept. 21st and the 28th, similar to how we have done Friday Night Lights, @ 6:00 pm. We will be performing both workouts on the same day.
*PLEASE NOTE: 6:30pm Class is canceled for those two Fridays
Need to know:
Plan to arrive around 6:00 pm to get signed up for a heat and start warming up. There will be a recommended warm up for both workouts, so be proactive and start getting warm early.
Bring food/beverages with you for in between WODs, as well as the social hour. We’ll be BBQing burgers and hot dogs, so get ready to hang out. Sides and drinks will be potluck style, so bring enough to share!
What if i can’t make it on Friday?
Find another athlete to be a judge for your workout. You can make up the workouts at these times:
Saturday 12pm - 5pm
Sunday 10am - 5pm
Monday 10am - 3:30pm
