Recently, Coach Jared has taken some time each evening to lay out some before and after mobility exercises and stretches to help you prepare your body for the wod, and then recover afterward. You can find these on the Whiteboard near the garage doors. If you have the time to arrive 5-10 minutes early, this is the perfect way to start your prep for the workout and to loosen up from the stress of the day.
Keep checking in as these stretches will change each day to compliment the workout. You might also consider adding them to your journal or wodify notes if you like them and want to revisit them for the next time.
